5 Tips To Get More Out of the Universal Model

This is for any new reader of the Universal Model. The Universal Model (UM) was written for every truth seeker in the world. The author, Dean Sessions, in his wisdom, wrote it in the middle of where many of us are educated, college entry level.

Some UM readers are kids that are barely starting to read, relatively speaking, such as my kids who are ages 9 and 7. I still have kids that are ages 5 and under, so I do much of the reading for the little ones, and a lot of explaining for all of them.

High School kids are smart enough to read fluently and even understand the concepts, however, if you are still in high school you may still need help understanding some of the words. The first time I read through the Universal Model, I came across many words that I did not know the meaning of, and some words that I had never even heard of before.

Young college students are in full practice of learning. You will be held to a higher standard because of your years of uninterrupted learning. It doesn’t matter how skilled you are you will never know everything. Even at this age it is still critical to ask a question when you don’t know the answer or meaning of something. This goes along with the UM Question Principle: “Question everything with an open mind.”  If you do, then you will comprehend the UM Answer Principle: “All answers come from questions.”

Then there are the older, non-traditional college students that are getting back into the swing of things. You’ve taken time off from formal education and are now learning how to learn at a fast pace again. Don’t worry it’ll all come back to you in no time.

It’s like the cross-country runner in high school that finds himself in his 30s and 40s realizing that he needs to get out and run again so he goes from couch to 5k in just 9 weeks.

Maybe you never went to college or you graduated college a long time ago.

Do your best to not worry about your level of education and ability to learn. It’s amazing how quick and simple it is for one, no matter the age or level of education, to understand and comprehend the new extraordinary scientific claims, discoveries, and laws found in the Universal Model.

I never finished college. I never even really took it seriously. However, I strongly believe in becoming as educated as possible in the areas of life that interest you and also that may have an eternal impact on you.

If I had to group myself into the level of scientific education I had when I began reading the Universal Model, I would probably have to group myself into the younger classes of high school. By the way I was in my mid 30s. I am an insurance agent by trade, so this topic of science had to be something I chose to become interested in and I would need to teach myself because it is not required when helping others obtain coverage to protect themselves and their property from catastrophic events.

No matter your level of experience or education, here are 5 tips to help you get more out of reading and studying the Universal Model A New Millennial Science.

1. Have a dictionary close by as you read: I’ve always got my phone nearby so I typically use my favorite app to understand the meaning of a word I don’t know.  If you don’t have a phone or your parents won’t let you get one yet then do it the way it’s been done for hundreds of years, get a dictionary with pages and have it right next to you while you are reading.

2. Make a list: I have a found it very helpful to make a list of words I don’t understand as I read, whether it’s the Universal Model or something else. If I am trying to read through the content quickly, I can discover the meaning of it at a later time.

3. Review the list: It is important to review the list and to commit the meaning of each word to memory; maybe not word for word, but if I hear or read the word again, I will know what it means and in what context it is used.

4. Look up the locations:  For example, Volume I focuses on Earth’s geological processes. These processes can be found all over the world. If you haven’t memorized your world geography it’s okay, technology will make up for it. Jump on to Google Maps or some other system you like to use and look up the area. I found the Arizona Hydrocrater, (UM Ch.7) formerly known as the Arizona Meteor Crater, fascinating to look at from a satellite view.

5. Look up the science journals referenced: There are thousands of quotes from Modern Scientists in the Universal Model. Some of those quoted are teaching pseudotheories, a false theory taught as fact. Other Modern Scientists are right on the edge of breaking free from Modern Science and into Millennial Science with observable discoveries. Either way you will gain a deeper understanding of the context in which the quote was used.
